Description of Research Expertise
201 Our laboratory investigates the molecular drivers of immune recognition across autoimmunity, malignancy, and infectious disease. We combine systems immunology with functional genomics and protein engineering to develop high-throughput technologies capable of mapping T cell specificity within patient samples. This engineering-driven approach enables us to elucidate the governing principles of immune specificity and tolerance, ultimately guiding the design of novel immunotherapeutic modalities.e 29
