Description of Research Expertise

1dc Our research investigates the mechanisms by which human immune cells recognize antigens in autoimmunity, cancer, and infection. Integrating systems immunology, genomics, and biomolecular engineering, we design high-throughput platforms to map T cell specificity directly in patient-derived samples. This engineering-driven approach aims to decode the rules governing immune specificity and tolerance to guide the development of next-generation immunotherapies.
